What areas do you cover?

How do you screen and qualify your cleaners:

We request:

  • police clearance
  • references
  • proof of address
  • identification
  • permission to work in Canada
  • pass one-on- one interview
  • pass complete training
  • WSIB clearance

How reliable are your cleaners and management?

Maid Clean Services are professional cleaners are trained to complete all cleaning duties thoroughly, the cleaner(s) will go around your facility for an inspection to ensure that nothing is left unfinished and complete a checklist in a binder. Additional to that supervisor or the owner of Maid Clean Services pay surprise or scheduled visits.

Have you ever had any legal or criminal issues with any of your clients?

No, we never had or have any legal or criminal problems with any of our clients!

Are you and your cleaners insured?

Yes, insurance is available upon request.

What if something is damaged when my facility is being cleaned?

Although we take extra care when cleaning your facility, sometimes accidents do happen. If breakage or damage occurs as a result of our cleaning we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced as long as you let us know within 24 hours after the service has been performed.

Do you provide cleaning products and equipment on regular cleaning?

Yes, we do provide professional vacuums, buckets, maps, microfiber clothes and commercial strength green cleaning solutions and other necessary tools of our trade.

When will the cleaner come?

Since we and our cleaners are fully insured we can arrange with you an evening/night time cleaning service, but it depends entirely on you and your preferences. You have to choose day/night which is most suitable for you and we will arrange our cleaners to clean your property on the same day(s) each week.

Will I have the same cleaners on each visit?

Yes, you will have the same cleaners on each visit except if he/she goes on holiday or is unable to clean. In these cases you will be notified and we will arrange a temporarily replacement.

Do I have to provide keys/card?

Yes, 95% of our cleaning services are provided after business hours (6:00 p.m.). This way our cleaners can perform more effectively without being in anyone's way and vise versa.. Having keys for your property gives us more flexibility and a better chance to clean properly and pay attention to all details without rushing. Unless you require a day time porter that specializes in daytime cleaning.

Cleaning Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not satisfied with our cleaning performance, please let us know within the first hour of entering your facility, we will send a janitor to resolve the problem the same day.

What is the procedure if I need to change the cleaning day or cancel a service?

If you need to change the cleaning day we need as much notice as possible. If you would like to cancel our service, we need at least 30 days written notice.

Do I pay you or your cleaners and is there any agency fee that applies?

You pay Maid Clean directly; you can set up a direct deposit to our account or mail us a cheque. There is no agency fee or additional charges on top of what you’ve been quoted.

What shall I do if the scheduled cleaners did not show up?

Our area supervisors along with the owner make sure that never happens, unless there is a serious emergency. We will make sure you find your facility clean and organized in the morning.

Do you empty the garbage containers?

Yes, we do empty all inside garbage bins unless requested otherwise.

What about recycling?

We can recycle your small containers accordingly.

 Do you use green cleaning solutions and products?

We use commercial antibacterial disinfectants, we can use green cleaning solutions upon request.

Can you leave your cleaners unsupervised?

Our cleaners are fully trained, trustworthy, insured and disciplined to provide high quality cleaning services. We assign them certain properties to carry out their job. However our area supervisors and the owner are always in and around all cleaning properties to support the cleaners and inspect all jobs.
