Are your cleaning technicians insured, bonded and do they have a police check?

In addition to passing a one-on-one interview and completing our extensive training, all of our team members have/are:

  • Police clearance
  • References
  • Proof of address
  • Identification
  • Legally able to work in Canada

Are we covered if your technician(s) gets hurt?

Yes, we have liability insurance for any injuries.

How reliable are your cleaning technicians?

The professional cleaning technicians at Maid Clean Services are trained to complete all cleaning duties thoroughly. Your cleaning technician(s) will go around your facility and conduct a complete inspection to ensure that nothing is left unfinished.  Plus, we conduct surprise and scheduled inspections of our team’s work.

Have you ever had any legal or criminal issues with any of your clients?

No, we have never had any legal or criminal problems with any of our clients!

What if something is damaged or broken during the cleaning?

Although we take extra care when cleaning your facility, sometimes accidents do happen. If breakage or damage occurs as a result of our cleaning, we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced as long as you let us know immediately after the service has been performed.

Do you provide cleaning products and equipment on regular cleaning?

Yes, we do provide professional vacuums, buckets, mops, microfiber cloths and commercial strength eco-friendly green cleaning solutions and other necessary tools of our trade. The products we use are approved by the Government of Canada as appropriate for use in public, institutional and household spaces to disinfect against SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19).

What are your COVID-19 protocols?

Our technicians always wear gloves while cleaning in the building, we also wear masks and keep at least 6-feet distance between ourselves and other people. Our technicians provide COVID sanitation services to keep your staff and customers safe.

 Do you use green cleaning solutions and products?

Yes, we use commercial antibacterial disinfectants and eco-friendly, green cleaning solutions. Please let us know if you prefer that we only use green cleaning products.

Will your company do any extras outside of your normal scope of work?

Yes, if we requested, we could schedule these, but we would require 48-hours notice to do so.

When will the cleaning technician come?

Since Maid Clean Services and our cleaning technicians are fully insured, we can arrange cleanings any time of day. We even offer evening/nighttime cleaning services. Your scheduled cleaning depends entirely on you and your preferences. Choose a day or evening that is most suitable for you and we will arrange to have our cleaning technician(s)s clean your property consistently on the same day(s) each week.

Will I have the same technicians on each visit?

We’ll do our best to have the same cleaning technician(s) there on each visit when possible. Of course, if he/she goes on holiday or is unable to clean we will arrange a temporarily replacement.

Do I have to provide keys/card/code?

Yes, 95% of our cleaning services are provided after business hours (6:00 p.m.). This way our cleaning technicians can perform more effectively without being in anyone’s way and vise versa. Having keys/card/code for your property gives you more flexibility and allows you to have our technicians come clean, even when you’re not in the office.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee with your services?

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning performance, please let us know within the first hour of entering your facility and we will send a cleaning technician to resolve the problem the same day, if possible.

What is the procedure if I need to change the cleaning day or cancel a service?

If you need to change the cleaning day, we need 24-hours notice. If you would like to cancel our service, we need at least 30 days written notice.

Do I pay you or your cleaning technician(s) and is there any agency fee that applies?

You pay Maid Clean Services directly. To do this you can set up an email transfer or pay using Visa/Mastercard. There is no agency fee or additional charges on top of what you’ve been quoted.

What do I do if the scheduled cleaning technician does not show up on time?

Our area supervisors make sure that never happens If for some reason it does, please call our office immediately. Our team will ensure your facility is cleaned on schedule

Can you leave your cleaning technicians unsupervised?

Our cleaning technicians are fully trained, trustworthy, and insured and provide high quality cleaning services. We assign them certain properties to carry out their job. However, our area supervisors and/or lead hand are always in and around all cleaning properties to support the cleaning technicians and inspect all jobs.
